I'm constantly hearing from clients, that other agencies have approached them promising page 1, ranking 1 within a week! I always tell my clients to be patient when using organic SEO and web success cant happen over night. But with the right web campaign high rankings are just a click away (sorry that sounded cheesy). One did the whole invisible text thing on a friends business site and within two weeks Google sent my friend the email requesting he correct it (which of course was the first he even knew about it). I believe that this will change in the future. As with most businesses I believe the SEO companies that are serious will put to much pressure on the rotten ones.
