I love when I discover new sources to find the best web hosting. I recently was asked to do a sponsor review for Web Hosting Bluebook. This is a web hosting review site that offers information help you choose the best hosting company to meet your needs.
The first thing I noticed when visiting their site was the nice clean design of the homepage. It clearly lists the top ten cheap web hosting companies. The reviews are well written and all the information is clearly posted when you click the review button. They state all the features of each host along with the prices.
I decided that this information is the same as most review sites so I decided to check out the rest of the features on their website. Their articles are very informative and great for new webmasters. They cover some topics that are not covered on other web hosting review sites. They discuss how to set up a website and also the possibility of running a website on your own computer instead of hosting (Not a great idea). The articles give basic information but I would have loved to see more in-depth articles. However, for newbie’s, they are worth a quick read.
I moved from the articles to the forum that is included with this site. It is a great idea to have a forum. However, this forum is quite new so it is very slow and has almost no members. I am hoping that that may improve over time. I next went to the blog with has been disabled. I was a bit disappointed with that. I was looking forward to some great posts regarding hosting and other related topics.
They do offer a newsletter to keep you up to date on news and products of interest to webmaster. There are a few free Word press themes that are featured on Web Hosting Bluebook. I checked them out and they have a couple of nice ones. The final feature was a glossary of terms related to hosting that will help a new webmaster understand what everything means.
This was an overall nice website. It serves the purpose it was intended to which is to provide reviews of cheap web hosting. I would have loved to see a more active forum and a great blog. However, the website is well worth a visit for those new to web hosting or those looking to find a new web host. Feel free to check them out and let me know what you think by leaving a comment here.

One of the things I see often when browsing through the webmaster forums is the same old question; how do I make money online? I decided to see if there were some good resources out there that could help give some ideas.
I ran across a blog called Money Make Info. This blog has all kinds of ideas to make money. They offer ideas from the traditional eBay route to freelancing. The articles are well written and explain all the pros and cons of each money venture. There are ideas for earning money for webmasters up to just the part-timers who wishes to earn a little extra cash.
When I first found this blog, I was at first disappointed because it is hosted on the free site blogger. However, I soon forgot that as I browsed through the extensive information found on the site. The articles are easy to find with a very nice side bar on the left side of the blog broken down by categories. Most ideas are easy to implement and one can be earning money quickly by following their advice.
If you are new to the world of making money on the Internet or you are just a webmaster looking for more ideas to make extra money, it is worth checking them out. I thought I was aware of just about everything out there to earn money but I even learned a few things.

When looking to promote a website, it is important to advertise your site. One of the best ways to advertise is to get a Website Review on a blog. This will give exposure to your website from all the readers who visit that blog.
Reviews can cost anywhere from free up to $700 depending on the blog you choice to review your site. There are so many blogs on the Internet that it is important to look for a blog that offers good quality writing. If the blog is well written, chances are that readers will want to visit it. Another criterion is looking at the page rank of the blog. This is very easy to check with many tools available on the Internet. A blog with PR will pass some juice to your site and offer a boost in your PR. However, do not overlook newer blogs that could be cheaper now but will have PR later. These blogs are just starting out but since Google updates PR once every 3-4 months, they will most likely have PR soon. A good way to see if they are building their PR is to check Google for links pointing to their blog.
When purchasing reviews, you should look for blogs that match the topic of your website. If you can not find the exact topic, find blog who appeal to the same audience as your readers. You would not buy a review on a blog about women’s issue if your blog is about video games. Use common sense and you will be able to find many blogs to meet your needs.
The final thing to decide is who writes the review. Some blog owners write the review for you and others require you to write it. Both ways is ok but make sure you know upfront who is writing before you pay. Remember, the review does not always have to be all positive; the important thing is to get your site advertised. However, if you are looking for only positive reviews, make sure you have that agreement up front.
Website reviews can be a great way to advertise but make sure you get what you paid for. The review should be professional and give value for the money you pay. This will ensure a long term advertisement of your website or blog.
